Tækker Rådgivende Ingeniører is the executing engineering and architecture company of Tækker Group. The company’s core areas are developing, planning and executing building projects for Tækker Group, in cooperation with Denmark’s leading entrepreneurs and architects.

New Building and Renovation
Tækker Group purchase and renovate properties for tenancy or reselling. The group commands an extensive real estate portfolio in Denmark and Berlin, and continues purchasing properties that are worthy of investment.

Financing
Tækker Group finances development projects, new building, and property purchasing. This can be either independently or in cooperation with other partners.

Administration
Tækker Group has administrative companies in Denmark and Berlin, Germany, specializing in property service, and administration of private and business properties.

Properties in Berlin
Tækker Group views the property market of Berlin in Germany as a highly prioritized target area, and has a vast portfolio of property in Central Berlin.

Arts, Culture, Sports and Entrepreneurship
Tækker Group actively supports and sponsors arts, culture and sports, and the group also offers support for entrepreneurs with potential business ideas.
